Editorial policy and publication ethics

Editorial Policy

The editorial policy of the journal is based on the traditional ethical principles of scientific periodicals. In its activities the editorial board is guided by the principles of scientific rigour, objectivity, professionalism and impartiality.

The mission of the journal is to establish an open platform for the exchange of scientific information and for the results of fundamental and applied research carried out by specialists with academic and expert-analytical profiles.

The publication of an article in the peer-reviewed scientific journal is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and their affiliated institutions. Peer review of articles helps preserve the scientific direction of the submitted research. Therefore, it is important to take into account the ethical principles of all parties involved in the publication process: the author, the journal editor, the reviewer, and the publisher.
